Are you eligible for the COVID 2nd Booster shot?💉

Per the New York State and CDC guidelines the groups available to receive the 2nd booster shot are:

• those 50 years or older who have received their 1st booster at least four months prior
• those 18 years or older who have received J&J as their 1st dose and booster shot at least four months prior
• those 12 years or older who are moderately to severely immunocompromised and received their 1st booster at least four months prior
